
Tzatziki
Feb 04, 2025- It can be used as a side for chicken/fish. It is great for when you are in a hurry and can be used with vegetables as well.
- I always have yoghurt in the fridge and it is so easy and quick to make. It is creamy, low in calories and a couple of tablespoons will totally jazz up your dinner.
- Feel free to change up the herbs and you can use this as a base for a range of dishes.

Ingredients:
- 4 tbsp. natural yoghurt
- 1 tsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tbsp. lemon juice
- ¼ cucumber, seeds removed and chopped into small pieces.
- 1 tsp dried dill
- 1 clove garlic, mince
Method:
- Combine all the ingredients in a small bowl and stir well.
