
Pecans

- 2 tbsp agave syrup
- A handful of pecans
- A pinch of sea salt
Method:
- Preheat the oven to 160 degrees.
- Spread the pecans on a large baking tin, drizzle over the agave syrup and sprinkle over the salt.
- Roast the pecans for about 20 minutes, turning once.
- Leave them to cool on the tray or serve them hot straight away.
