Pecans

Prep time: 5 minutes Serves: 1 Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp agave syrup
  • A handful of pecans
  • A pinch of sea salt

Method:  

  1. Preheat the oven to 160 degrees.
  2. Spread the pecans on a large baking tin, drizzle over the agave syrup and sprinkle over the salt.
  3. Roast the pecans for about 20 minutes, turning once.
  4. Leave them to cool on the tray or serve them hot straight away.
