Makes: Makes one medium jam jar of spread

Nutritional Information (If Jar yields 8 servings, 1 serving is):

  • Protein – 6g
  • Fat- 19.1g
  • Carbohydrate – 25.7g

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup hazelnuts
  • Half cup cashew nuts
  • Half cup almonds
  • 8 medjool dates (pitted)
  • Half tbsp cinnamon
  • Half tbsp raw cacao
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil

Method:

  1. Blend the nuts in a food processor for about 5 minutes until almost completely broken down.
  2. Add the remaining ingredients and blend for about 15 minutes until completely smooth. You will need to stop from time to time to scrape down the edges.
  3. Store in an airtight container (jam jars are perfect) in a cool dark place.
