
Raspberry Sorbet

Prep time: 5 minutes, plus 4 hours to freeze

Ingredients:
- 700g frozen raspberries
- 2 lemons, juiced.
- 4 tsp dried stevia
Method:
- Place all ingredients into a food processor and blend until smooth.
- Pass the mixture through a sieve to remove the seeds.
- Pour into a shallow container, a Tupperware is ideal, and place in the freezer to set.
- Remove from the freezer after 2 hours and mix with a fork.
- Return to the freezer for a further 2 hours.
- Serve with fresh fruit or as a palate cleanser between courses at a dinner party.
