What Is Your Project Health?
Two years ago, in my early forties, I began to feel exhausted and burnt out. Considering I had spent a large chunk of my life as a professional athlete I knew lots of what it takes to feel, yet still I had gotten into a bit of a rut with my health. I made a conscious decision to improve my everyday health and started calling this journey “Project Health”.
We are all individuals, we have different triumphs, challenges and everyday lives but what we all have in common is the benefits we feel when we take care our bodies and minds. We all have one life to live, let's treat ourselves well and thrive.
To me, Project Health in its simplest form means moving regularly, eating well and looking after my mental wellbeing. I do this in a variety of ways that I’m excited to share with you on this site.
